AMT chief asks for New Year resolution from Shapps regarding supermarkets’ plans to build thousands more stores

The chief of Action for Market Towns – which represents small and market towns throughout the UK, where 20% of the population live – reacted to new analysis from property analysts CBRE showing that supermarkets are planning their “biggest store opening programme in the history of retail”.

This seminar is NOT about whether supermarkets are a good or a bad thing and nor is it about how to campaign against the building of supermarkets.
