The research is sponsored by loyalty specialists Savvy who will be awarding a £100 cash prize to the most innovative promotion. You should have already received notification of this survey to your email inbox but if not, you can click here to start the survey, it will take about 2 – 5 minutes to complete. The winner will be announced the week commencing 14th December and will be profiled in AMT’s next Insight e-newsletter.
amt-i will use the information collected in the survey to help identify case studies for a piece of research into loyalty amongst shoppers in our Market Towns. This research will look into different approaches to promoting loyalty, the pros and cons and costs associated with each. This work will be published in Spring 2010.
If you have any questions regarding the survey or loyalty research, please contact Hannah Bowden hannah.bowden@towns.org.uk or T: 07795 146913.
