Workshops on topics such as marketing your town, project management , funding and innovative ways to attract people to your town centre are part of a full-day programme for South East Towns on 21 July in Faringdon.

During the afternoon, the South East regional winning projects in the National Market Town Awards will be showcased and you will learn how they have benefited their towns. The day will conclude with the presentation of the overall South East Market Town Awards winner, who will be sponsored to attend Action for Market Towns’ national convention in Melton Mowbray

Oct 13th&14th and compete for the national award.

Lunch will be a BBQ consisting of local produce, with a visit to the local food market place and of course, networking.

The event is being organised by South East Rural Towns Partnership, Oxfordshire Rural Community Council,  Action for Market Towns (AMT) and ‘ Focus on Faringdon’. Attendance is free, but places are limited. Click here to download a booking form.
